These Terms & Conditions apply to all Malia Extensions Black Friday promotions, discounts, and bundles (“Sale”). By participating in the Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Limited-Time Offer
Black Friday pricing is available only during the promotional period or while supplies last.
- Education Promotion: Runs Wednesday Nov 26 - Dec 1st @ 11:59pm Eastern Time.
- Beads Promotion: Runs Wednesday Nov 26 - Dec 1st @ 11:59pm Eastern Time.
- Buy 2 Get 1 50% OFF (Genius & Tape Wefts): Runs Thursday Nov 27 from 12:00am to 11:59pm Eastern Time.
- The More You Spend, The More You Save (Butterfly Wefts): Runs Friday Nov 28 from 12:00am to 11:59pm Eastern Time.
- Flutter Luxe Wefts - 30% OFF: Runs Friday Nov 27 from 12:00am to Monday Dec 1, 2025 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.
Malia Extensions reserves the right to modify, extend, or end the Sale at any time.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the heavily discounted nature of Black Friday pricing, all items purchased during the Sale are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
3. No Price Adjustments
Black Friday discounts cannot be applied to past purchases, pre-orders, or orders placed outside of the promotional period.
4. Bundles Cannot Be Altered
All Black Friday bundles are sold as pre-set packages.
Items cannot be swapped, removed, substituted, or credited.
5. Limited Quantities
Some items or bundles may have limited inventory. Once sold out, they will not be restocked at promotional pricing.
6. Processing & Shipping Times
High order volume during Black Friday may result in slightly longer processing times.
Shipping delays caused by carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) are outside of our control.
7. Education Access
For bundles including online education:
Access is delivered digitally via email after purchase.
Courses are non-transferable and intended for the purchaser only.
Course access is final sale and cannot be refunded or reassigned.
8. Discount Codes
Black Friday prices cannot be combined with additional promo codes, ambassador codes, affiliate discounts, or salon partner pricing unless explicitly stated.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@maliaextensions.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
This is the only exception to our final sale policy.
10. Fraud Prevention
Malia Extensions reserves the right to cancel or review any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
