Why do I need to create a Pro Account?
Because we're built by stylists, for stylists—not clients or resellers. Your Pro Account gives you access to professional pricing, education, and a shopping experience designed for your chair. It's free to create and takes less than 2 minutes.
Is there a fee to join?
Nope. Pro Accounts are 100% free. You're verified once, then you're in for life.
Where's my pro account discount?
You'll see pro pricing as soon as your account is verified. We don't show pricing publicly to protect your business. Once you're approved, every product page will display your professional rate—no codes, no hunting, no games.
What do you need to verify me?
A current cosmetology or barbering license. We accept all 50 states, plus Canada and select international licenses. Upload a clear photo of your license (front side, expiration visible) and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does verification take?
Most stylists are verified within 24–48 hours on business days. If there's an issue with your upload, we'll reach out directly so you're not left waiting.
Can I see pricing before I sign up?
Not publicly—and that's intentional. We protect stylist pricing so your clients can't comparison shop or go around you. Once you're verified, you'll see everything: pricing, stock levels, bulk options, the works.
