Can I return any hair?

Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the product has not been used. If the hair packaging is opened, this is considered "used" and cannot be returned. Refunds will only be issued in the first 7 days of the recipient receiving the hair. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request Please email info@maliaextensions.com about your return with your order number and the reason of return.

How can I order butterfly wefts or products from website?

Once your account has been created and approved, you will need to purchase and take online course or take an in-person course to be certified for the butterfly method. once you are certified you will be able to purchase products on the website.

Can I purchase a demo before i get certified?

A: yes, you are able to purchase any hair "tools" without being certified

Are you able to cut wefts?

Yes, you can cut wefts to fit to clients head. just be sure to only cut in between holes. never cut a hole or too close to the

How long does it take to receive my order?

With Ups, orders are shipped out and delivered between 2-3 days.
