Shipping policy

Packages ordered M-F before 3 PM are shipped out the same day they are ordered. All Saturday packages and Sunday packages are shipped out on Monday.

United States Shipping:
If you place your order before 3 PM, it will ship out the same day. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground or Next Day Air, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Since we ship from Massachusetts, it can take up to 10 days to receive your package. πŸ“¦

East Coast - 2-3 Days
Midwest- 2-5 Days
Rocky Mountains- 5-10 Days
West Coast- 5-8 Days

International Shipping:
All International packages are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide and will arrive between 3-5 Days.

Why We Offer Shipping Protection

At Malia Extensions, we know your time is valuable β€” and so is your order. That's why we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout, powered by ParcelGuard. It's an easy way to protect your purchase against the unexpected once it leaves our hands.

What Shipping Protection Covers

When added at checkout, Shipping Protection covers:

  • Damaged packages β€” crushed, water-damaged, or otherwise harmed during transit

  • Lost packages β€” shipments that never arrive

  • Stolen packages β€” theft after delivery (porch piracy)

What's NOT Covered

To keep expectations clear:

  • Shipping delays β€” late arrivals aren't covered, only packages that never arrive at all

  • Incorrect address β€” please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout

  • Orders without Shipping Protection β€” if you don't add it at checkout, we can't file a claim on your behalf

How to File a Claim

If something goes wrong with your delivery:

  1. Email us at info@maliaextensions.com with your order number and a description of the issue

  2. Include photos of any damage (product and packaging)

  3. Keep all packaging materials β€” do not throw anything away until your claim is resolved

  4. We'll guide you through next steps, which may include a brief signed statement confirming the issue

Important timelines:

  • Claims must be filed within 120 days of the ship date

  • Damage discovered after delivery must be reported within 15 days

A Note on Orders Without Protection

Malia Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when Shipping Protection is not purchased. We'll always do our best to help, but without coverage, resolution options are limited to what the carrier provides.
