Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

1. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the product has not been used. If the hair packaging it opened, this is considered "used" and cannot be returned.
2. Refunds will only be issued in the first 7 days of the recipient receiving the hair. 
3. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request
